At "Knoten Salzburg" take A10\E55 towards Villach

At "Knoten Villach" take A2\E55 towards Udine and Tarvisio (I)

At Palmanova (approx. 20 km after Udine) take A4\E70 towards Trieste

Before Trieste (after the end of the highway) turn left towards Capodistria (SLO)
