Our residence is located in the development area of the little Fishing village of Liznjan and is thus within a quite neighborhood. Besides the Apartment House the property of 930 sqm inhabits a pool, a great lawn for recreational perpose, a fresh and shady pavilion for social get-together, a little scuba diving equipment house and the parking lot.

Furthermore, in the main house with its 4 holiday apartments there lives also our caretaker with his wife - the couple Batel senior. The treasuring of the residence with our guests is their joy during retirement.
